HOWDY! I’m Joanna. I was born and raised in Southern California. I met my yinzer husband in Tennessee. He convinced me to marry him, move to Pittsburgh and well I did just that. I’m a mom of two. My oldest is Paisley Mae and my youngest is Sonny Isaac. I started my hair journey in 2019 and I grow more passionate about what I do every day. I strive to give you your Pinterest worthy hair. That seamless lived in hair is just an appointment away. Can’t wait to see you in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to respect the time for myself and other clients, I kindly ask for a 48 hour notice, for any last minute changes and/or cancellations. - Cancellations made within 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled fee. - Cancellations made within 24 hours notice & no call / no show will be charged 100% of the service amount. By booking an appointment with me, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support of my time and business! CARD ON FILE POLICY: To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience, all appointments require a valid card on file at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the previously stated cancellation and no show policy or upon checkout, if you choose to use it for payment. This policy helps protect the valued time required to accommodate each and every client more effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
